Handling & Shipping

All our deliveries are packed carefully by our staff. They know about the hazards such a long trip can have and that it is our main priority that your parcel arrives safely. CROMATICS will pack everything as environmental friendly as possible, which might include recycled packaging material and second hand packaging material if still suited for shipping. In case you don't like recycled material please put a note when checking out from the basket.  

Your print files should reach us on Monday 12:00 noon the latest. So we can guarantee that your file can be printed in this week’s print run. The following Monday we will ship out your print products using DPD. Normally your parcel should arrive on Wednesday as the regular shipping time is 2-3 days.

As soon as your parcel is scanned with DPD you will receive an Email stating your personal Parcel Label Number. With that number you can track your parcel at anytime on the DPD website.

Please bear in mind that there are additional charges for the following country parts:

Switzerland: ZIP code 7560 + 7562 - add. 60€ per parcel
Switzerland: ZIP code 7563 - add. 43.60€ per parcel

France: Corsica - add. 8.70€ per parcel

Italy: Livigno - add 46.60 € per parcel

Also please be aware that DPD will not ship at all in following country parts (please contact us for alternative shipping options):

Denmark: Greenland, Faroe Islands

France: Department 97 and partly 98

Italy: San Marino

Spain: Ceuta, Metilla, Canary Islands
